After the conclusion of a memorandum of understanding between the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the Sudanese authorities in February, the transitional government in Sudan should cooperation more by surrendering the four remaining ICC fugitives, to The Hague.
In the article “Sudan Took Important Step, But Now Should Send the ICC Suspects to The Hague” written by Elise Keppler, the associate international justice program director at Human Rights Watch, she highlights the need for the Sudan government to cooperate more to provide better justices and justice for past crimes that go beyond the ICC’s Darfur cases.
