Pre-Trial Chamber I of the International Criminal Court issued a warrant of arrest for Mahmoud Mustafa Busayf AL-WERFALLI (“Mr Al-Werfalli”) allegedly responsible for murder as a war crime in the context of the non-international armed conflict in Libya.
